Branson Family Retreats has done an amazing job with this property. The view out the back overlooking the water is amazing. Everything is fresh and new and very clean.

The decor is fun and the amenities are great! And their communication is outstanding! Would highly recommend this property if you’re thinking about booking it!

Swimming Pools

The outdoor pool is awesome: Splash pad, lounge area, and the swimming area. Open roughly end of May through end of September.

The indoor pool is open year round and has both a large pool and a kiddie pool.

Walk to the lake

Hike down to the lake from our neighborhood! It’s about a 3 minute walk, but wear good shoes as it’s a dirt path. Watch this quick video to see the path at 7x speed.

Boat parking

This neighborhood does not have parking for boats, trailers, buses or RVs. However, there is a secure parking/storage located next to the neighborhood where you can reserve a boat parking spot for during your stay. Contact Heartland Storage directly to reserve your boat’s spot.

Rocky Shores is just up the road from one of our favorite coves to hang out in for swimming and fishing. In addition, it has great parking and you can rent a golf cart nearby if you prefer to do the local thing. 

Note that golf carts can only go between the cove and the neighborhood. You cannot take the golf carts anywhere else.
