Start the day with a coffee on one of two covered decks and take in lovely sunrise views of Table Rock Lake and the neighborhood.
Then go for a cooling mid-day dip in the private heated container pool on the lower deck—complete with a glass front for Mermaid photoshoots.
Even better? Because it’s heated, you can use it even when it’s chilly out. This feature is unique to Branson Family Retreats—you’ll find it only here and at our neighboring Thistle Cottage.
Your group will love having 3 deluxe bedroom suites to choose from, all with king-size beds, luxurious sheets, and their own attached baths. Thoughtfully curated decor throughout Mini Claymore brings a touch of Scottish history to the Ozarks.
The accessible main level (including an accessible bedroom + bathroom), combined with a ramp for easy Cottage access, means everyone in your family can join the fun.

If you’re visiting outside of summer—a great choice; the off-season is lovely!—pile onto the caramel leather sofas around the stone electric fireplace in the Great Room and share stories over cocktails or hot cocoa.
Send your kids (or husbands) to the family room for a game of pool or a movie and tell the stories you skip when they’re around. 
At dinner time, the kitchen is a dream to cook in. It’s well-equipped with appliances both large and small, and a roomy center island allows for easy prep work.

The outdoor pool is awesome: Splash pad, lounge area, and the swimming area. Open roughly end of May through end of September.
The indoor pool is open year round and has both a large pool and a kiddie pool.
Walk to the lake
Hike down to the lake from our neighborhood! It’s about a 3 minute walk, but wear good shoes as it’s a dirt path. Watch this quick video to see the path at 7x speed.
Boat parking
This neighborhood does not have parking for boats, trailers, buses or RVs. However, there is a secure parking/storage located next to the neighborhood where you can reserve a boat parking spot for during your stay. Contact Heartland Storage directly to reserve your boat’s spot.
