Description

Take a front-row seat for Missouri’s natural beauty on an expansive back deck in the treetops, with views of Lake Taneycomo and the Ozarks.

Even better? It also fits in a sweet spot between “lakefront luxury” and “classic family-friendly.” The Mini Pearl is the “mini” version of our Blue Pearl — same house but does not include the three upstairs bedrooms.

GREAT ROOM

Sing with joy when you feel the luscious light filter through the trees and into the great room at the Mini Pearl. The design is classy and comfy, with a focus on family time.

The nap-worthy sofa, electric fireplace, 55 inch TV (with streaming and cable), and beautiful side chairs all compliment the lakefront view of Lake Taneycomo. The open layout leads seamlessly to the dining area and kitchen.

DINING AREA

Dine with a view! Sit down to a feast for eight at the long dining table. You also have four bar stools at the kitchen island for additional seating.

KITCHEN

Keep the conversation going while you cook—the kitchen is open to the dining area and great room.

PATIO

The roomy 28′ x 10′ covered patio features a gas grill and patio set for dinner with a backdrop of Lake Taneycomo and an eagle’s nest across the lake on the opposite shore (look for the sycamore tree).

We’ve extended the patio for a private hot tub under the stars and the best view of the lake.

UPPER LEVEL FAMILY ROOM

The upper level family room is your relaxed, lake-view hangout spot. Soaring cathedral ceilings and Lake Taneycomo views are perfectly complemented by the game table, the corner sofa with streaming TV, and what we like to call “the adult bevy station.”

DECK

The deck is our favorite spot at Mini Pearl. The massive, covered back deck stretches across the entire back of the house. It has four rocking chairs to “spill the tea” with the family and a table for four to deal your cards with the sound of the lake lapping on the shore.

DOGS and PETS

Mini Pearl has a very firm house rule of absolutely NO DOGS or pets of any kind. The homeowner is highly allergic, making this space ideal for you if you are looking for a “no pet” vacation home for your family.

Note: We understand that pets are an important part of the family, and you want them with you on vacation. If you want or need a vacation rental that allows dogs, all of our other vacation homes are dog-friendly.

We appreciate all guests respecting this house rule.

BEDROOMS

You’ll love the two (2) hotel-inspired king bedrooms on the main level. Yes, both bedrooms have a king-size bed, both with a top-of-the-line USA-made mattresses wrapped in soft linens (which are crisp-white and freshly laundered). Plus, light-blocking shades gift you with a few extra hours of dark for sleeping in.

Each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest. With comfortable king beds and ample space, you’ll be able to rest and rejuvenate after exciting days of exploration.

All bedrooms also have bedside reading lamps and a flat-screen smart TV for streaming Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Amazon, and more (no cable on the bedroom TVs, streaming only).

BATHROOMS

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo in one main level bedroom with the a shower. Plus a half bath on each level. You’ll have plenty of fluffy white towels for your stay, as well as our signature shampoo and conditioner in the showers.

LAUNDRY

Located on the main level, you’ll have a large capacity washer and dryer set for your use — easy peasy to throw the wet towels and swimsuits in after playing in the hot tub or the neighborhood pool…or the lake!

BABY GEAR

Baby needs lots of stuff, so we have a few items to lighten your travel load. Blue Pearl has a high chair, a pack-n-play, and an umbrella stroller that you are welcome to use during your stay. (We don’t provide baby blankets or sheets, so be sure to bring those with you.)

BOAT SLIP

We have our very own boat slip right outside the back for 2023, and you can use it, too! You can either bring your own boat or rent one from a nearby marina on Lake Taneycomo.

You’re welcome to swim off the dock if you like cold water (remember the water comes from the bottom of Table Rock Lake, passing through the generators of the dam), bring your kayaks to launch, or relax in a chair with your fishing poles.

Important note: The boat slip is available ONLY in 2023.

We’re happy to share our insider info about where to get a massage, who to choose as a fishing guide, how to avoid the traffic to Silver Dollar City, who to contact for the best tee times, and lots more.

We also share our favorite places to eat, although those recommendations might be a little heavy on BBQ, Mexican, burgers and ice cream.

Our welcome book and area guide are sent immediately so that you can access it as soon as you make your reservation and throughout your stay at Blue Pearl.

Lake Access

Access to Lake Taneycomo is a nearby path between two buildings, takes about 60 seconds or so to get to the neighborhood dock. Then you’ll hang a left to the very end of the dock to our boat slip.

🌟 SWIMMING POOL, PLAYGROUND, PATH TO LAKE

The Briarwood neighborhood has an infinity edge pool overlooking Lake Taneycomo! Also a covered pavilion area with picnic tables, bring your cooler with you!

The kiddo’s playground is next to the outdoor pool.

📍 OUR LOCATION

Lakefront on Lake Taneycomo and 5 minutes to the Landing and Downtown Branson, plus no more than 35 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this vacation home is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.

The path to the lake is by the pool. The lakeshore isn’t the easy to fish, we suggest going over to Scotty’s Trout Dock a few minutes away to get your fishing license and fish from the dock there.
