Get free attraction tickets when you stay with us! Here’s how it works:
1. Book your stay with us
2. Call us to book your attraction tickets for you, the number of free tickets depends on the length of your stay
If you book:
- 2-3 nights >> you get 1 ticket from Group A
- 4-5 nights >> you get a total of 2 tickets: 1 ticket from Group A and 1 ticket from Group B
- 6+ nights >> you get a total of 3 tickets: 1 ticket from each Group (A, B & C)
⏰ Concierge hours: 9am to 7pm CST daily
👉 Please order your tickets at least 48 hours before the show or attraction date. We cannot guarantee we can confirm your tickets if we have less than 48 hours to secure them. All shows and attractions are subject to their schedules and availability.

The fine print:
- To redeem the free tickets, you would purchase the tickets for that show or attraction for your whole group through us (Ex: if you have 10 people and were to choose Silver Dollar City for your free ticket in Group B, you would pay for 9 tickets but receive 10 tickets)
- The free tickets are per stay (not per person) and not available as a single ticket on its own
- Some shows and attractions close seasonally or have altered operating hours due to weather
- Any refund requests will follow the show or attraction refund policy
- Santa Visit is a 30 minute visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, subject to their availability
