Booking Terms and Payments

When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure. If you need a guaranteed early check-in, please book the night before. If you need a guaranteed late check-out, please book the following night.

Do you require a driver’s license to reserve a property?

Yes, you will be required to upload a photo of you with your driver’s license when you sign our guest agreement. This is to protect both you and us from potential fraud.

What are your booking terms?

We require a payment of $299 (smaller homes) or $699 (larger homes)  to make your reservation. Balance is due before 30 days of arrival. If the dates you are booking are within 30 days, the full balance will be due at the time of booking. 

In addition, we’ll remove the convenience fee from your booking if you pay in full by check, Venmo, or Zelle by 35 days before arrival.

If your booking is not paid in full by 35 days before arrival, our system will charge the balance to your credit card on file.

What payment methods do you accept?

The usual credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AmEx) plus Venmo, Zelle, and check if your stay is more than 35 days away.

When doing payments, please use Venmo, Zelle, or check and include the following information:

  • Property name
  • Dates of stay
  • Name the reservation is under

May we make payments or have family/friends send in payments?

Absolutely, when your stay is more than 35 days away! When doing payments, please use Venmo, Zelle, or check and include the following information:

Why aren’t future dates available for a Mini property?

Mini versions of our homes are only bookable for a last minute arrival if the dates are available. To book dates further out than 14 days, please book the full house:

Cancellation Policy

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, there is no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within and including 30 days before arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund.

What if there is a natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects our stay?

Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.

There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event and you need to cancel within the 90 days or depart early. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

Do you sell trip insurance?

We do not sell trip insurance, but you can purchase it from our insurance partner when you book with us. We do not receive a commission for the service but wanted you to have the benefit of the insurance.

Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.

Gift Certificates and Fun Stuff

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes! Go here to purchase them.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

To make a reservation using your gift certificate, send an inquiry for the property with your chosen dates and include your gift certificate information. We will then apply the amount of your gift certificate as a cash payment to the total and send a payment request for the balance. Not redeemable for cash.

Lakes, Shows, Attractions

How far are you from Table Rock Lake or Lake Taneycomo?

All homes are either a short walk from one of the lakes, lake front, or lake view. See the property description for more info or your digital guidebook for the closest path to the lake for the property you book.

Where is the closest public boat ramp?

Most homes have a public boat ramp a mile or less nearby. Please see your digital guidebook for exact locations.

Where can I buy the best priced show tickets?

We are happy to put together a package for your with Silver Dollar City tickets and other shows and attractions, just give us a call or send us a text at 417-213-3828.

If you would like to assemble tickets on your own, we recommend going to each show’s box office direct or use the Branson Tourism Center (our special link).

Where can I buy discounted Silver Dollar City tickets?

We have the best pricing when you add your Silver Dollar City tickets to your stay as a package. Plus, purchase 20+ tickets, and we’ll buy you a ticket out of our pocket!


Where are you located?

May we bring a pet to your vacation home?

Only pre-approved dogs are allowed. Please message us with info about your dog so we can approve them. You can see all of our dog-friendly vacation homes here.

Do you have any baby gear?

Yes, we have a pack-n-play, high chair, and umbrella stroller at all homes.

How far is the grocery store and are there grocery delivery services?

There are great grocery stores nearby, just 5 to 15 minutes away, depending which house you are staying:

  • Country Mart (very good all around grocery store similar to a Schnuck’s or Dierbergs)
  • Harter House (best meats and wine selection)
  • Aldi’s
  • Price Chopper
  • Walmart

For grocery delivery services, we recommend using Instacart.

Do you allow smoking in your vacation homes?

There is NO SMOKING in our homes. If we find that you have smoked in one of our homes, there will be a minimum $400 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.

Do you have wifi at the house?

Yes, all homes have high speed wireless internet.

Branson Family Retreats

Pineapple Bungalow was a perfect place for our moms/daughters trip to Branson. The cottage was clean, quiet, nicely decorated, lots of extras (nice not having to bring the griddle, waffle iron and Keurig). Our group ages 90 to 34 found it was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway.
