Cancellation Policy and Booking Terms

What is your cancellation policy during the unprecedented circumstances of the COVID-19 situation?
We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that will affect their trip. We have partnered with RentalGuardian to give our guests easy access to travel insurance choices when they book with us. We do not sell travel insurance nor receive a commission, this is fully for he benefit of our guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellations before 90 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of one night’s rate.
  • Cancellations within 90 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will gladly refund the amount that the new guests paid, less the cancellation fee.

Do you do direct bookings?
Absolutely! You can book directly on our website.

What are your booking terms?
We require 50% down to make your reservation. Balance is due before 90 days of arrival.

Will you accept shorter stays than the stated minimum nights?
Yes, we will accept shorter stays on occasion. Mainly when your stay is just a couple weeks out, but please ask.

What if the there is a natural disaster or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects our stay?
Although we do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, we cannot control or be responsible for the weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that may affect your stay.

There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event and you need to cancel within the 90 days or depart early. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

Do you sell trip insurance?
We do not sell trip insurance, but you can purchase it from our insurance partner when you book with us. We do not receive a commission for the service but wanted you to have the benefit of the insurance.

What times are check-in and check-out? 
Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure.

Can I check-in early or check-out late? 
Early check-in or late check-out is a possibility during off season and by prior arrangement only.

WiFi, Pets, Baby Gear, and Groceries

Do you have wi-fi at the house?
Yes, all homes have high speed wireless internet.

Do you have any baby gear?
Yes, we have a pack-n-play, high chair, and umbrella stroller at all homes.

How far is the grocery store?
There are 2 grocery stores in Hollister, just 5 to 15 minutes away, depending which house you are staying. Country Mart (very good all around grocery store similar to a Schnuck’s or Dierbergs) and Harter House (best meats and wine selection) are just off Hwy. 65 at the Hollister exit.

There is also Price Chopper and Walmart.

Do you allow smoking in your vacation homes?
There is NO SMOKING in our homes. If we find that you have smoked in one of our homes, there will be a minimum $400 fine charged. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your cigarette butts properly in the trash.

May we bring a pet to your vacation home?
Only pre-approved dogs are allowed. Please message us with info about your dog so we can approve them.

Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.

The Lake, Shows, and Location

How far are you from Table Rock Lake?
Canyon Retreat and Nature’s Retreat are a quarter mile walk down and across the road. Pineapple Bungalow and Skye Retreat have only a short walk down a path.

Where is the closest public boat ramp?
Just a mile down the road.

How far to the popular destinations?
Please see each house for their various distances.

Where can I buy the best priced show tickets?
The Branson Tourism Center usually has the best prices. We would love for you to use our referral link to make your purchase

Where can I buy discounted Silver Dollar City tickets?
The Branson Tourism Center sells a 2-day ticket at the price of a 1-day ticket. We would love for you to use our referral link to make your purchase.

Where are you located?
All houses are in specific vacation rental neighborhoods on Hwy 265 on Table Rock Lake, spread out between Hwy 376 and Hwy P.

Gift Certificates

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! Go here to purchase them.

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
To make a reservation using your gift certificate, send an inquiry for the property with your chosen dates. We will then apply the amount of your gift certificate as a cash payment to the total and send a payment request for the balance. Not redeemable for cash.

Our stay was wonderful, the house is beautiful and very well equipped. My family of 11 was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for all. The kitchen was very well equipped and had all that we needed.

I would recommend this house to all my friends, It is close to Branson and all the attractions, and restaurants.
