- Commission is 15% of the rent portion only
- The quote does not display the cleaning, accidental damage and hot tub fees on separate lines
- Our rates change daily, please request a quote for the rate to be held for 5 days

✏️ About the Minis:
- Minis are the same as a full home but several bedrooms locked off
- The guest will have access to all of the living areas and amenities, simply fewer bedrooms
- Available to book 4-12 weeks out, depending on the season
- We will adjust the rate to a normal level when it is within the booking window
🐶 Most of our homes are dog friendly, we do have some rules around the doggie guests:
- Dog rate is $35 per dog per night
- Some homes are NOT dog friendly due to homeowner’s allergies:
- Blue Pearl, Mini Pearl, and Heavenly Pointe
- No puppies, please
- For more than 2 dogs, please check with us first
- Limited to 1 dog that is no more than 20 lbs, due to HOA rules:
- Whispering Waves and Mini Waves
